Chiara Cavallari (Bologna, 29/09/1998) began her piano career at the age of six, under the guidance of Prof. Luisa Grillo, at the “J. Du Pré” Music School, in Minerbio (Bologna - Italy). Right from the start, she embarked on a professional career.
She has taken part in many national and international piano competitions, always winning the first positions and winning several firsts and absolute prizes, both as a soloist and as a 4-hands duo.

Chiara Cavallari (Bologna, 29/09/1998) began her piano career at the age of six, under the guidance of Prof. Luisa Grillo, at the “J. Du Pré” Music School, in Minerbio (Bologna - Italy). Right from the start, she embarked on a professional career.
She has taken part in many national and international piano competitions, always winning the first positions and winning several firsts and absolute prizes, both as a soloist and as a 4-hands duo.
Since the age of 7, she has performed in various concerts and has given recitals in prestigious halls in many Italian cities. In the years 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016 she was selected to participate in concerts at the Zagreb Conservatory Glazbena Skola “Pavao Markovac”, within an exhibition reserved for the best students of the same conservatory.
In 2009 she took part in a tournée in Kazakhstan, performing at conservatories, academies and universities in four Kazakh cities and playing with the Karaganda National Orchestra and the Astana Academy Orchestra.
He performed piano recitals in prestigious reviews such as “Piccoli Talenti In Musica” in the Rossini Auditorium in Modena at the age of 12, “Musica Senza Confini” in S. Martino in Soverzano, “San Giacomo Festival” in Bologna and the International Festival of Bentivoglio (Bo) where, in 2010, she opened the inaugural evening, performing with the Ensemble “Inventione Armonica” the Haydn concert for piano and orchestra in D major.
In the years 2012 and 2013 she performed in Monopoli, with great public success, with the “Mediterranea ICOM” Orchestra in the first two editions of the “Enfant Prodige in Concerto” review. In 2012 she participated in the “PianoFriends con Orchestra” master class held by Maestro Vincenzo Balzani and took part in the final concert of the course in Cantù Vighizzolo (Como, Lombardia - Italy), playing with the Symphony Orchestra of Bacau (Romania). In 2014 she participated in the Bramanti Competition in Forte dei Marmi, and in the summer of the same year she was a finalist in the First Edition of the “Young Pianists Moldova - Italy” International Competition, held in the Moldovan capital, Chisinau.
At the age of 16, she passed the Diploma in Piano (old system), obtained in the conservatory “G. Lettimi” in Rimini. In 2016 she performed in a concert in the church of San Marcellino in Cremona, for the ANLAI association’s “Cremona classico EventiInMusica” review, which was then broadcasted on the Cremona1 TV channel. In 2017 she obtained the first position in the “Lions Club” Competition at the Municipal Theater of San Giovanni in Persiceto. From 2015 to 2017 Chiara attended the “Incontri col Maestro” Piano Academy based in Imola, under the guidance of Maestro Riccardo Risaliti, also participating in master classes held by him in Città di Castello (Umbria).
In 2018 she was selected among the finalists of the prestigious “Crescendo” Competition for young talents, held in Palermo in the Politeama theater. She participated in the “Giuseppe Alberghini Award” competition, obtaining the first prize. In June Chiara recorded a second concert at the headquarters of TV Cremona Studio1 for the same “Cremona classico EventiInMusica” review of the ANLAI association.
In May 2019, on the occasion of the 58th International Art Exhibition of the Biennale, Venezia, Chiara was invited to perform at the opening of the exhibition “Love is blind/Blind for love” by the artist Caroline Lépinay. In October 2019, Chiara was invited to hold a concert at the Social Promotion Association “La Famèja Bulgnéisa” for the inauguration of the 2019/2020 Social Year by President Gabriella Sapori.
Since February 2017, Chiara has been a piano teacher at the Music School “J. Du Pré ”, in Minerbio.
From September 2019, Chiara attended the Biennial Piano course at the “G. B. Martini” conservatory, in Bologna; she graduated in July 2021 with full marks, obtaining a score of 110 and honors with mention out of 110. During her career at the Conservatory, Chiara took part in some festivals held by the conservatory itself, playing both as a soloist and as a piano accompanist.
From September 2019, Chiara attends the “Incontri col Maestro” Piano Academy based in Imola, under the guidance of Maestro Riccardo Risaliti, on a Triennial course.
